Online Password Reset (OPR)

1. Open your web browser and go to https://change-password.emapta.com/ then log in your credentials, After successful Login, click on ‘Change Password’

2 . Open yourAfter watching video guideline on how to change password, click ‘Next’. On the next page, it will ask you if you successfully changed your password,

3. If you select ‘Yes’ it will show when you password will be expire.

4. If you select ‘No’ Enter the OTP sent to your Emapta email.

5. After you key in the desired password click ‘Submit’ and it will show that your password has been changed and when it will expire.

Note: Recommended Password Complexity

• Minimum of 8 characters

• Combination of numbers and letters

• Minimum one capital letter

• Minimum one special character
